Hipopótamo is one of Lisbon's oldest clubs, with more than 35 years on Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar, next to Parque Eduardo VII and Marquês de Pombal. It is an old-school striptease night club: a big room, a stage, a bar, tables and a loyal crowd going back to the 1990s.
Open every day from 9pm to 4am, earlier than most. Prices to be confirmed with the venue; paid entry with a drink and private dances extra. A short walk from Parque metro station and the hotels in the area.
